We were interested in learning about Craigslist’s inadequacies, particularly in terms of functionality and usability. We needed to figure out where the users were having problems when using Craigslist and incorporate those insights into the website to make it align to the user’s mental model and consequently improves the website’s overall experience.
My Contributions
I have responsibility for conducting interviews with different users and validating the low-fidelity prototype. After the results, I have to create High fidelity wireframes and advance the prototype for usiability testing valifate user goals.
Why?
We are conducting this research to get better insights into the users journey while experiencing the app. We would like to take a holistic approach in identifying and creating better solution for the user which can motivate the user to trust and rely on the website for buying, selling or finding a service.
